Today we went to Little Gym and Annaliese dressed in her little jeans and her signature style item, a ribbon belt. Mommy decided that Annaliese needed to fill the belt loops on her many of her pants so I have been using ribbons. I think it’s adorable and I have so many ribbons and her waist is so tiny that I can pretty well match them to any outfit. I should like to think that I came up with this idea because I can honestly say I have never seen another baby with Ribbon Belts. I have always had issues with this even in my own style that when I had a skirt or pants on that had belt loops and my shirt was tucked in I never wanted to be without a belt. When I discovered, through shopping for Annaliese, that they just don’t make belts in tiny sizes (unless they are actually attached or part of the outfit) I was a little upset. After thinking for a while the ribbon thing came to mind and I think it’s so cute!
After gym Annaliese came home and tried Mango. I wasn’t sure at first how she was going to respond because it has a pretty distinct taste but she really liked it. Today she also decided that she was going to share her food with me. I asked her, “Can Mommy have a bite” and she would put her hand with food or her spoon up to my mouth. She is such a sweet girl. No matter how many times I asked she always reached out to share a bite!
