Day 228 (November 10, 2010) – Babee-Tenda

Today we went to Little Gym and again I was proud of Annaliese for going to other Mommies and not even being scared. She smiled all through class and really enjoyed herself. After gym class we headed to Sandbridge to see Mom-Mom and Dad-Dad. We were so excited to give Annaliese the opportunity to sit in the famous, “Babee-Tenda.” This “Tenda” was used by my mother and her siblings, myself and all of my cousins, as well as Annaliese’s generation. Three generations of Bonney family children used this seat and it is still in great condition. Now, I’m sure that there were not regulations on such baby items back then so I’m sure this thing would have millions of safety recall, however, with three times the adult supervision I don’t think Annaliese was in too much danger. She did great sitting in the “Babee-Tenda” and I’m certain will use it more often in the future.

Annaliese did a lot of babbling today, the most I have ever heard, and again I heard, “Mom, Ma” one time when she was crying. She also has started trying to put her hands in her mouth while nursing. I definitely think the teething is coming.
