Today was Annaliese’s first day at The Little Gym. She has actually been once before and joined Ian’s class but today was her first official start. We are excited to be joining The Little Gym because it is such a wonderful program and all of the staff is great. The owner actually knows a couple of the teachers that taught at my old school. Eric joined us today for our first day. Annaliese did a great job with looking all around and even participating. She seemed to just fit right in. I really think she is going to enjoy it and Mommy likes to think it’s the start of her coordination, flexibility, and rhythm for dance! We could have started her at 4 and a half months but was advised by the pediatrician to wait until she was 6 months and had another full round of her shots so that’s what we did.
Today was also Annaliese’s first day sitting in her high chair and having rice cereal. Eric fed her while I videotaped and took pictures. This was a big day for her to have something other than milk. She seemed to take right away to the concept of the spoon.
